Can I keep my WhatsApp number if I switch?
If the WhatsApp Business Account is under your own Meta Business Manager, yes. If your provider registered it under theirs, moving it requires their cooperation. Check this before signing with any provider, including us.
Does BrookTel support WhatsApp catalogues?
The platform focuses on messaging — templates, campaigns, inbox, automation and API — rather than deep storefront and catalogue tooling. If catalogue-first commerce is your core workflow, a commerce-specialist platform will serve you better.
Is SMS included in the same plan?
Platform access to both channels comes with your plan. SMS delivery is billed per message from your prepaid wallet, and WhatsApp delivery is billed by Meta to you. The plan is not a message bundle for either.
