Do I need a Meta Business account?
Yes, and it stays under your ownership. That is what lets Meta bill you directly and what means your WhatsApp number is not locked to BrookTel.
Can I use my shop's existing WhatsApp number?
Only after deleting it from the WhatsApp Business app — a number cannot be on both the app and the API. If the number is on your signage and packaging, we usually recommend onboarding a fresh number and migrating traffic deliberately.
How long does onboarding take?
The BrookTel side is same-day. The Meta side — business verification, display name review, template approval — is controlled by Meta and is what determines the timeline. Getting the submissions right first time is the main thing you can influence, and that is where we help.
Do you support Tamil-language messaging?
Yes. WhatsApp templates support Tamil and other Indian languages; you submit the template in the language you want and Meta reviews it in that language.
